 If she comes the game will end for the player because she is the last stone he waits. There is a wordplay here. It can mean many things but according to me if lover comes everything will be about her and the existence of other will not be important anymore.

you are right there is a pun on the word "biterim". 

1) I am finished  => die

2) I am finished => win the game

It can mean "die" as well as "win the game", and either meaning is possible here.

´you are like the last tile waited for in (the game of) okey.  i know, by waiting you don´t come.  Anyway don´t come!  because, if you come, I am finished/die.

(in English that would sound better as ´I know if I wait for you, you won´t come.  Anyway - don´t come because if you do come I will be finished/die´
