"Sokmak" has many meanings. In this sentence we see two "sokmak " First one is "to let someone in", other one is "to fuck"
I let one who deserves in my life, I fuck life of one who doesnt deserve.

There are so many other words to use instead of it... but the person who wrote being a turkish of course you can translate the second "sokmak" as "to f..k"
