it´s a quote from Nazim Hikmet, presumably from something he wrote.  poetry is not always easy to interpret, especially Turkish poetry  only the poet knows what he really meant.

 Sometimes you can´t tell what you know to the person in front of you. You want him/her to understand you or believe you without words. Sometimes you want to confess it and when you start to sentence with I or You; you can´t finish it.

 Sometimes you can´t tell what you know to the person in front of you. You want him/her to understand you or believe you without words. Sometimes you want to confess it and when you start to sentence with I or You; you can´t finish it.
