My try as well, with small changes:

 

What makes us different is our style. We oppress ruthlessly or reduce to silence. In this situation, we do not recognize neither rules nor kings.

It means ´they´ (whoever ´they´ are) work outside the normal boundaries of law and order and administer their own justice in the form of punishment or death.
