My try for the last bit (which i guess is a response to the first part)

Belli oluyor = he/she/it is becoming obvious.

Küfür etme = Don´t swear  ( I guess this is a response to the ´amq´)

And some brief translations of the first part

anlayan anladı yeğen = the one who understands understood, niece/nephew

(the first part may be an idiom)

takıntı oldu = the relationship occured

şu yeğen mevzusu = that niece/nephew topic

ağzıma = to my mouth

amq = ???? some sort of text swearing which I guess does not have a nice meaning
