My try as learner (but, unfortunately, I´m not quite sure about it) :

Gelecek hafta ne zaman geleceğimi bilirim. Sonra sana haber veririm.

As you know "bilirim" and "haber veririm" is present tense but using them in sentences include "gelecek hafta" and "sonra" give them a future tense meaning. So the translation is correct. But it would be better if you used "öğrenirim" instead of "bilirim"

Honestly, I didn´t know whether to choose this tense or just use future tense, and I decided to ask uncle Google for help there were no results for "ne zaman geleceğimi bileceğim" (with quotation marks) and that´s why I chose present tense.

Could I simply use future tense in this sentence ? Would it sound better / more correct in Turkish ? (or maybe it is hard to say whether this one is better or not ?)

Gelecek hafta ne zaman geleceğimi bileceğim. Sonra sana haber vereceğim.

Your choice. We often use present tense instead of future tense.  Ex:

 Don´t worry I will come.

1) Merak etme gelirim.

2) Merak etme  geleceğim.

I am not sure which one is better.

But I recommend you to use future tense. Using present tense instead of future tense sometimes can cause incoherency. Turkish is a very complex language. Only a native can fully master it.
