Instructions:
- To activate, locate disc and flex between fingers until you feel a click. The gel will heat up and become solid.
- To recharge, boil handwarmers for 10 to 15 minutes on the stove in a pan. Wrap warmers in a cloth before boiling.
- Allow to cool completely before re-use.
