I was struggling to translate this part

benim çocuğumla konuşmasa bile.

´with my child´ is understandable, although I made an silly error by using children  

konuşma = not talk

konuşmasa = if he/she does not talk

bile = even

´even if he does not talk with my child´ or as you wrote

´even though he didn´t talk to my child´

Do you use "talk to" or "talk with"? I asked this before and the answer was "talk to".

´Talk to´ is more commonly used, but both can be used in my opinion. ´Talk with´ implies both people were talking. ´Talk to´ also means both people are talking, but can sometimes mean one person is doing most of the talking.
