I´m answering to my friend, and first i want to be sure that i understand her correctly. She wrote: "Yazın gelde seni gezdiriyim istanbul´da." So what does that mean?

And these are the main points i want to say: "We are planning to come to Turkey in the summer, but i´m not sure. Do you speak english? I speak only little turkish. This is a beautiful country in the summer, but so cold in the winter."
