merhaba

I´m kind of new to the Turkish language, but for a while I´ve been trying to learn more about Turkey and it´s culture (It´s in my blood a couple of generations back). Today I watched Hokkabaz online without subtitles and since i can´t speak it (yet!) I got lost for nearly the last half of the movie. I was wondering if someone that´s watched the movie could help me figure it out?

I understood what was going on up until Fatma disappears in the box. Iskander then hypnotizes everyone? I don´t understand how they got away, why Fatma appeared out of nowhere and why she ran away with the Baba- I did get that Fatma and the weird guy from the wedding used to swindle grooms for their valuables though..

Thanks in advance for your help and for this website! I hope to keep learning more and more

I watched the movie long time ago. You can find it here with English subtitles.
