Arrrgh {#emotions_dlg.sad}  So should it be

Ve sevimsiz bir terlik gibi duran odan

And your room lingers/remains like an unloved slipper???

sevimsiz = unloveable, unlovely I don´t think is used in English, lovely = beautiful, güzel, unlovely = ugly, çirkin

SEVDA BİR ATEŞ BULDU SENDE
...

Sonra bir pencereden kendine
Ayışığı gibi vuran sen
Ne sana ne başkasına benziyor.

Ve işte bir dip balığı su boşluğunda
Çırparaktan yüzgeçlerini
Hiç kimseye uymayan bir mevsim öneriyor

Edip CANSEVER

Then you -who falls on himself

like a moonlight through a window-

are not like yourself nor somebody else.

And finally a bottom fish flapping its fins

in a water gap

suggests a season that fits nobody.

(goku, henry ya ettik içine şiirin {#emotions_dlg.confused} ya da harika bir iş çıkarttık! {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}

Henry " durmak" here means " to resemble", "to look like"

Thank you for your information, I will correct it.

I am sure Henry will make the translation more beautiful.

I think Marion is the best person to correct the English and keep the ´feel´ of the poem.

Sonra bir pencereden kendine
Ayışığı gibi vuran sen
Ne sana ne başkasına benziyor.

and you -reflecting on yourself

like the moonlight through the window-

don´t resemble yourself or any other person
