1. Seni artik arayamam (Telefonla sana artik yetisemem). Ne oldu?
2. Telefonunun numarasi degistir miydin?
3. Neden hep kayboluyorsun?

this is a simple past form. and used for a certain past time (example: last friday)
a)
" (Geçen cuma) telefon numaranı değiştirdin mi? "
(this form emphasizes the verb.
nearly means;
"what did you do in last friday?")
b)
" Telefon numaranı (geçen cuma) mı değiştirdin ? "
(this form emphasizes the time.
nearly means;
"when did you change your phone number?)
and another form;

a)
Have you (ever) changed your phone number?
" Telefon numaranı (hiç) değiştirdin mi? "
(this form uses past perfect tense)
or
b)
" Telefon numaranı mı değiştirdin? "
Emphasizes "phone number" by using;
"telefon numaranı"
and

nearly means;
