hi,the turkish sentence is not complete..so missing words in the verb ..because  ´´me´´ makes negatif in the verb my guess would be;

´´ They won´t come to England next week´´..(Gelecek hafta ingiltere´ye gelmeyecekler )

 I don´t agree. There can be many possibilities like "Gelecek hafta onların İngiltere´ye gelmeye niyetleri var" We need the whole sentence to translate it correctly.

yours is guess as mine isnt it ?so we just guessing here..as we havent got the complete sentence..could be anything..
