Quoting smaragda

´´Herşey Bir Gün Biter ve (name) Çeker Gider´´

" Everything comes to an end one day and the melodic word (letter, risale)goes away"

Note : The word "Name" is a farisi(iranian language) word that means letter, word, book. In modern Turkish it means melodic words of music. In "Name" the "a" is with hat. Therefore the letter a in Name is pronounced longer than the normal a.

I am sure (name) is somebody´s name that Smaragda wants to hide.

So the meaning is -
