(Şu anda) Neler olduğunu bilmiyorum ama konuşmamız gerek.

(Şu anda) Neler olduğunu bilmiyorum ama seninle konuşmamız gerek

We don"t have to put "seninle" in this sentence.

 Agree: konuşmamız gerek means we have to talk together.

Seninle konuşmam gerek would be OK: I have to talk to you, but the konuşmamız gerek form is better here as it is more neutral and can diffuse any tensions there may be!
