Biz her ay gideriz. or Biz her ay gidiyoruz.

"gitmek" is noun. The first thing you have to do with it is to remove -mek and turn it back to be a verb: git-. Now choose the proper tense suffix to add. Both following tenses are possible.

1) -er (aorist tense) =>gider

2) -iyor (present continous tense) => gidiyor

Add the personal ending for third person plural (-iz, -uz) to it.

biz gideriz / biz gidiyoruz 

Place "her ay" before the verb:

biz her ay gideriz / biz her ay gidiyoruz
