Normally ships get caught the storm in the middle of the sea not while waiting in the harbour.. In here the lover speaks after his/her love its a figure of speech here. The lover says if you u are not the first one I lose.If you go away from me you will get hit by troubles.you wont be happy..if you stay with me you will be ok. so staying is like a dock..
