(plus I think it should be written: "yalnızca yetenek geceleri uykularını feda edebilenlere verilmiştir".) ??

May the point of the sentence be: "capability is given to ones who are able to sacrifice their nights sleeping time"  ?

It should be : " Yetenek yalnızca geceleri uykularını feda edebilenlere verilmiştir. "

and it is translated as you guessed, " Capability (talent) is given only to the ones who are able to sacrifice their nights´ sleep "

 Agree that Talent is a lot better than capability here. Another alternative is Ability.
