Small change: 

It was clear that the answer which I gave to the person who asked this question that he did not know that the food which we brought and ate have been finished(used up) was not understood.

Also it needs some tense change:

It is clear that the answer which I have given to the person who has asked this question that he does not know that the food which we have brought from the village and eaten have been finished (used up) is not understood.

or

It is clear that the answer which I gave to the person who asked this question that he did not know that the food which we brought from the village and ate was finished (used up) was not understood.

Only "It is clear" part is certain, other parts may be past or present depending on the context! (why? think about it)

Thank you for sharing that si++. Now we devoted learners of the Turkish language know what we´re getting ourselves into. That´s unless you´re allowed to abuse the comma.

Of course you may need to make some use of comma stuff but there are other ways than abusing comma.

He suggeted using -an -dik -ecek -miş suffixes to create subordinating or embedded clauses in that big sentence.
