kopmak is a silly slang, if you ask me, common among teenagers and young college students, meaning "to rock", "to have a blast", "to have lots of noisy fun!"...

So the sentence could be translated as...

"Why don´t we have a blast tonight?" or

"Why don´t we rock (the town) tonight?"

etc...
