Dear Prime Minister,
You and your surrounding, which is made out of copies of yourself, will reply to what I wrote above saying "You are imprisoned for such a crime, that even these conditions are too good for you", I presume. This is what suits advanced democracy.
We are still standing trial...
You were sentenced to 10 months in prison in 1998 for "spreading hatred on the base of religous and ethnic differences and openly provoking hostility in public". You were 4 months in prison. You mention this whenever the occasion arises.
How were your visits while you were in prison?

A book came out, which also includes your prison days. The authors are Huseyin Besli and Omer Ozbay. In your words the "eşref-i mahlûk" (the most honorable of beings). The book´s title "R. Yayyip Erdogan, the birth of a leader". Pages 203-246 are about your prison days. I like to remind you of the writings of Hasan Yesilday, whom you served with:
"Before noon he got up and prepared for the day. After that an inflow of visitors started. The visits lasted until the late evening hours. We established a team outside of prison. The visitors were met by those friends. They took care of the permissions from the department of public prosecution. We led the people divided into groups into the visiting room. In four months 30 thousand visitors came. There used to be interesting visitors. A customs officer came to visit every week with carnations in his hands. I asked the prosecutor to not grant him permission any more. Because due to the lack of time there were people that came but could not see him. We had trouble with all the food that the visitors brought... One day a restaurant owner called Erhan Senol said that he would bring fish. He wanted to make a fish feast for the chief. I accepted it on the precondition that it would be for everyone in prison. They brought a minibus, preparing it outside to serve it inside. I can´t tell you how windy it was. I told them to take the stoves inside. Two cooks, two waiters, we brought all pots and plates inside. As the cooks were cooking, we were eating with real pleasure."

Dear Prime Minister,
I would be lying if I did say it wasn´t mouth-watering when I wrote these lines.
At our once a month contact visits, our visitors cannot even bring us our clothes, let alone food. The others during non contact visits. Until April we could hand over our dirty laundry, that also became prohibited. When we ask the managers for the reasons they show us Ankara´s law statues.
However, none of those was applied to you.
Considering this deep abyss I would like to ask:
Democracy, modern law, everything aside; is this the kind of justice you learned from Umar ibn al-Khattāb?

Dear Prime Minister.
You are saying anything about us.
Yet, we are limited in everything.
You are free...
We are bound...
I am thinking, how would our people, in whose profound judgement I trust, define this...
