vuzuha kavuşmuş is very oldfashioned Turkish. We would more likely now saw açıklığa kavuşmuş: to become clear

Whilst the ...... has not yet become completely clear

Don´t worry about it driving you mad ... expressions like this, and many others in this quote, are more Ottoman than Turkish!
