People mostly use that expression in the conditions below.

First one is when they get bored, dislike something, or become sad. It is like the expression "Ugh!" or to sigh.

For example: Off! Başım ağrıyor... (Ugh! I´ve got a headache)

Second one is the opposite. When they like something a lot, become very happy or enjoy. It is like the expression "Wow!" when you like something.

For example: Off! Şu arabaya bak! (Wow! Look at that car!)

In addition, it is also used when people get hurt, or get tired.

You say offf when you are bored, hurt, or hear or see something amazing, but they are different in pronunciation. The difference among these three offfs is not only in pronunciation but in gesture as well. For example, if you are bored, you take a deep breath, puff your cheeks and then let the air go: offff .If you are hurt, you say offf not puffing your cheeks but with a sour face and bared teeth. {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}
