Is your soul a fire, or those eyes made by flame ?
I do not know this volcano blazed with what kind of ember?
one who the moth, does ever hide himself from the flame ?
you wanted, for that reason this desire blazed by force...

Wish the day take some light from you and turn to a color
Wish the moon kowtow for your face and grovel itself
While everything vanishing and disappearing gradually from my sight
Wish just appear the radiance of your green eyes...

O! you that ruin me with your incurable burn
O! you that the hearts blaze with your every look
Sharp like dagger and sensitive like flowers
when your face give me the taste of death for your sake...

I threw away the randy giant towards the winds within my heart
I tasted the pleasure of commiting the sin by eyes
Eyes that, they are one pieces parts of the god on you
Eyes that, they are your hardest cruelty and weapon...

Beat with your glorious weapon to let amend homeland of the heart
you are beautiful while you beating and murdering anyway
Just like another kind of magic gushing out from your face
A face that made by a tigress and sadness...

Longing to you, O! fresh youth of twenty years
with your arriving but still does not chease this pain in my chest
Does not chease! the voice of heart, of adoring, of love is this
Does not chease! the composition of eternal yearning is this...

with longing for, it was easy to die for your sake
If it was possible to see you from the great beyond
Even the seas drown the world and turn it to armageddon
Even the seas douse the volcanos only inside me !...

Still alive Cain while hiding in my soul ,
If it was possible, in spite of a lifetime
conseal you against the others, i would be a curtain
Like a ground, i would be whereever you tread...

Your moonshiny face is making jealous the god
This beauty, is not be able to build even by most sensitive poem
Difficult to approach, hard to walk away from you
This is made by heart, this beauty is not be able to see by eyes...

Ruhun mu ateş, yoksa o gözler mi alevden?
Bilmem, bu yanardağ ne biçim korla tutuştu?
Pervane olan,kendini gizler mi alevden?
Sen istedin,ondan bu gönül zorla tutuştu..

Gün senden ışık alsa da bir renge bürünse;
Ay secde edip çehrene, yerlerde sürünse;
Her şey silinip kayboluyorken nazarımdan,
Yalnız o yeşil gözlerinin nuru görünse...

Ey sen ki, kul ettin beni onmaz yakışınla,
Ey sen ki, gönüller tutuşur her bakışınla!
Hançer gibi keskin ve çiçekler gibi ince
Çehren bana uğrunda ölüm hazzı verince

Gönlümdeki azgın devi rüzgarlara attım;
Gözlerle günah işlemenin zevkini tattım.
Gözler ki, birer parçasıdır senden ilah'ın,
Gözler ki, senin en katı zulmün ve silahın,

Vur şanlı silahınla,gönül mülkü düzelsin;
Sen öldürüyorken de, vururken de güzelsin!
Bir başka füsun fışkırıyor sanki yüzünden,
Bir yüz ki,yapılmış dişi kaplanla hüzünden...

Hasret sana,ey yirmi yılın taze baharı,
Vaslınla da dinmez yine bağrımdaki ağrı.
Dinmez! Gönülün, tapmanın, aşkın sesidir bu!
Dinmez! Ebedi özleyişin bestesidir bu!

Hasret çekerek uğruna ölmek kolaydı,
Görmek seni ukbadan eğer mümkün olaydı..
Dünyayı boğup mahşere döndürse denizler,
Tek bendeki volkanları söndürse denizler!

Hala yaşıyor gizlenerek ruhuma "Kaabil",
İmkanı bulunsaydı, bütün ömre mukabil
Sirretmeye elden seni, bir perde olurdum.
Toprak gibi her çiğnediğin yerde olurdum.

Mehtaplı yüzün Tanrı'yı kıskandırıyordur,
En hisli şiirden de örülmez bu güzellik.
Yaklaşması güç, senden uzaklaşması zordur;
Kalbin işidir, gözle görülmez bu güzellik...
