I will try to write an letter example in turkish please correct to me.

Nasılsın?

uzun zamandır konuş

yeni haberler ne?

nasıl gidiyor?

hayat nasıl gidiyor?

kendine iyi bak.

I would say "ne var ne yok" for "yeni haberler ne"

"nasıl gidiyor" has exactly the same meaning as "hayat nasıl gidiyor", and you should use one of them, not both.
