I am fine thankyou and you? - teşekkür ederim iyiyim ya sen?

yes I am going to work today - evet bugün çalışmak gidiyorum

I will see you later - sonra seni göreceğim

The sentence I want to write would be: ´I am fine thank you and you?. yes I am going to work today and I will see you later´.......now would it be written like this:

teşekkür ederim iyiyim ya sen? evet bugün çalışmak gidiyorum ve sonra seni göreceğim

also I´ve seen a few of my turkish friends writing (for example) - gidiyom as (I am going) or geliyom (I am coming) can someone also explain these to me please?

thank you much in advance

yes I am going to work today - evet, bugün çalışmak (işe) gidiyorum

I will see you later - sonra seni göreceğim (sonra görüşürüz)

In spoken language -yorum in any word (by dropping -ru-) is often shortened to -yom: geliyorum, gidiyorum, etc. And beause of the "written as said" rule, they write geliyom, gidiyom, etc.

thank you much in advance
