This is poetic word order. If I rearrange it to the normal order, you can see it should be slightly different:

Kopmayi isteme benden

Benden kopmayi isteme

Please don´t want to part from me

Don´t wish to part from me

Seni ozlemekten baska birsey yapamiyorum

I can’t do anything else without missing you

This is more like

I can’t do anything else apart from missing you

We could also freely translate it as

I can´t help missing you

According to the context it should logically be "kopmamı isteme benden" (don´t want me to break) that you translated it as if it was that way.
