I think you forgot the letter "z"

 Hatırlarsam = If I remember

Hatırlamazsam = If I don´t remember

Unutmazsam = If I don´t forget

Unutmazsan = If you don´t forget

 Agree.

 

Gökuyum which would be more usual to use:

Hatırlamasam

or

Hatırlamayayım

Hatırlamasam is a wish, hatırlamayayım is a will. But hatırlamayayım can also be used as an order. Because we don´t have an imperative mood for "ben" in Turkish.
