please someone explain to me the true meaning of AFERIM SANA please....dictionary is not clear, and I dont know when to use=/
It is aferin sana
aferin means well done, bravo, good job
sana means to you
It is generally used for praising someone for doing something successfully.
My Turkish teacher used ´aferin´ quite a lot to praise students when they answered questions correctly.
´Aferin sana´ I guess is a way of emphasising the praise is meant for you.
The slang term onya (good on you) would be an Australian equivalent
