My try as a learner

Biz = we

gez (tour, walk around) + e (ability) + me (negative, not) + y (buffer letter) + ecek (future tense, will) + iz (we) = we will not be able to tour/walk around/go out (gezmek has a few meanings, depending on the context)

I think it could be evlenemeyeceğiz (we will not be able to marry) but this is only a guess at what the word might be. Wait for a native speaker to confirm or correct my guess at the word.

Eylemek is also a verb, but I cannot find eylenemek

Henry, you are correct about first part. The second verb is eğlenemeyeceğiz which is "we will not be able to have fun". But the person miswrote it. The correct form is not eylenmek, it is eğlenmek.
