Haveing google it I think it´s part of a Trabzon football club fans chant but no idea what it means sorry.

Like most football chants it´s not too complimentary to the opposing team!

this is an meaningless but rhymed sentence.

so which is it?  streams eat fleas or fleas eat streams?  first one makes more sense (if you can call it sense!)

Fleas eat you. Streams and fleas are rhymed and only reason of being streams in this sentence is it.
