I think it is "olur olmaza".  When "olur olmaz" is a noun it means "eveything without discrimination" It has a negative meaning.

 

Note:

Olur means "okay".

Olmazsa means "if not"

Maybe an example makes it clear:

olur olmaza güler = s/he laughs at everything.

...

I hope there is no comma between olur and olmazsa:

...olur, olmazsa...

If there is you need to know the whole sentence to translate it.
