If the person who killed 76 people in Norway was a Muslim, the Press would have declared him as terrorist. For now though, he is just an ´Assailant ´, ´Attacker´ (Reuters), ´Gunman´ (BBC, CNN ). Looks like ´Terrorist ´ is a name reserved for Muslims? The US Dept of State calls it an ´Act of Violence´, Not an ´Act of Terrorism´. Share this status and let the world know, HYPOCRISY is leading us astray.

What a lot of bollix lol He´s been called terrorist in all Polish press releases and the main news channel spent a few days dealing with just this case. If you actually bothered a bit, instead of spreadfing nonsense, a quick googling might make you think twice

Let me Google that for you

Actually, she is right. Of course if you put Norwiegan Terrorist in Google, you are bound to get results with terrorist in the header.

However if you look at the headlines you will see it´s called the shooter, the bomber....not terrorist. They are called hate groups...not terrorists.

Şayet Norveç´te 76 kişiyi öldüren şahıs bir  Müslüman olsaydı basın onu terörist olarak ilan ederdi.

For now though, he is just an ´Assailant ´, ´Attacker´ (Reuters), ´Gunman´ (BBC, CNN ). Looks like ´Terrorist ´ is a name reserved for Muslims?

Ama O şimdilik sadece ´Saldırgan´ [ Reuters ], Silahlı şahıs [ BBC,CNN]. Öyle görünüyor ki ´ Terörist´ sadece Müslümanlara tahsis edilmiş bir isim.

The US Dept of State calls it an ´Act of Violence´, Not an ´Act of Terrorism´. Share this status and let the world know, HYPOCRISY is leading us astray.

Seriously? She claimed he´s not called a terrorist in the media and I provided a proof she was wrong. Since Google managed to find terrorism tags with him, it means the press calls him a terrorist. Are you trying to defend your lost position on the basis of the weak argument that he is not called a terrorist every single time he is referred to? Well, neither are the terrorists responsible for thousands of deaths around the world. They´re sometimes referred to as "members of Al Queda" or "members of a radical militant Islamic organisation." Are you trying to blame the press for not using the same exact words every single time? He´s been called a terrorist in every single country and there haven´t been any campaigns of cheer for his actions, like it was the case in some Muslim countries after their terrorists thought it would be fun to blow up people who didn´t even know where the Middle east is...
