For example ;  " belki bir gün bakarsın  bize de şans gülüvermiş

                     "  one day may be suddenly luck smiles at me [ luck turn in to me] "

This form of verb called " Tezlik Fiili " . It indicates that actions occur suddenly and unexpectedly.

 -uvermek   Something happens suddenly, unexpectedly, without you making it happen, surprisingly.
