Hi there all,

I do work for a public institution in Ankara dealing with Turkey´s European Union membership negotiations. I normally am an engineer but now deeply waning in international relations (IR) issues this is why I also attend a masters program in IR and this is why I have to and want to keep my practical English skills fresh and alive.

Till now I had an experience of language exchange with people from USA, France and Germany. I also love the cultural exchange side of this practice that makes one a truly global person.

Anyway, with all the above, I believe ´am a strong candidate to be your top exchange partner

Looking forward to hearing from you soon,

Best wishes,

Hakan

This sounds pretty cool. How would it be exactly? I am a Brazilian lady working in Cappadocia and would like that mainly to improve my Turkish if possible.

Regards

This message is pretty old, but I am having a hard time, so Im going to reply to it anyway... I am an American living on the outskirts of Ankara and too terrified to enter the city to go to school. The traffic is insane, and only downtown Ankara seems to offer the Turkish lessons. Please let me know if you are still available.
