Maybe you will have to type the lessons bit by bit, the old-fashioned way.

If they are books, some scanners have OCR (optical character recognition) that tries to convert the text to alphabetical letters, but I don´t know how it handles Turkish letters.

Typing it may also help with your learning. 

    Firstly, im sorry. I misunderstood completely your request. I will have  a  recommend for pdf format. You cant make it from there but you can convert pdf format to word document. In that way you can copy and paste all lessons. You will need a converter program for that work or you can do that online from internet.
