Estağfarullah!
Turkish is my second language too.
The problems we have in deciding which is which are:
1. No punctuation
2. Not all the messages we get to translate are in formal written Turkish. They are often quick texts, with short cuts, so we have to fill in the blanks.
Haklısın, bana kırgınsın could mean:
Haklısın, bana kırgınsın. You told me you were cross with me/offended by me. This is true because you are acting cross with me.
Haklısın ve bana kırgınsın : we had an argument. You were right. And now you are cross with me.
Bana kırgın olmaktan** haklısın: You are right to be cross with me
** sorry, I can´t remember 100% if this is olmaktan or olmaya ... need help from a native speaker. si++ tunci where are you?
Marionin you explained it very clearly..My opinion on the subject would be ;
Haklısın, bana kırgınsın ---> You are right, You are hurt by me, you are crossed with me, you are offended by me..yes, they all can be said..
Bana kızgın olmakta haklısın ---> You have right to be crossed with me. [if we make it one sentence] in other words, the person says " I dont blame you for being mad at me "
and then the person explains; because I had an accident..
so the story would be ; That person thinks that she is angry with him because she didnt get any messages from him for a while, and the reason why he couldnt sent her messages was he had an accident.he couldnt get a chance to send her message because he had an accident.
