Thanks in advance..

Bir el tutmak istersin ya bazen, yada birine sarılmak. Malesef izin vermez buna hayat. Kendine sarılmalısın sende hayata inat.

Sometimes you need a hand to hold it or need a person to hug him/her, but unfortunately life does not let it. You must hug yourself to spite of life.

My attempt:

Bir el tutmak istersin ya bazen, yada birine sarılmak.

Sometimes either you want to hold a hand or to embrace someone.

Maalesef izin vermez buna hayat.

Unfortunately life doesn´t allow this.

(I´m not sure of this translation because of the structure at the end, but this was probably done to rhyme with the next line)

Kendine sarılmalısın sen de hayata inat.

Just to spite life you too must embrace yourself.
