Sara (kızım) üzgündü çünkü yüzmeye onunsuz gittim. Sara was sad because I went swimming without her.

Sara üzgündü çünkü yüzmeye onsuz gittim. Onsuz(without her) must be near the predicate because it is the thing we want to emphasize . If you want to emphasize a thing put it near the predicate.
