Official Letters, Application,Requests

I would like to know the format for Official Letters, Applications and Requests...with examples....as in with header, body and footer...and moreover how to address different designation while writing the official letters and its other versions...

Hindistan I suggest you type something like "official letter format in Turkish" or something like that and google it.

 

I tried it and returned a link that seems to have some useful info for example:
