A few weeks ago someone translated this word for me in the translation section.

Recently my boyfriend´s older brother has taken to calling me ´küçük gelin´.... little bride?

My boyfriend is the youngest in his family & the only one unmarried. We have been together 2 years and his family know that we have talked about marrying in the future. I am just wondering why his brother has started to call me this now? Does this mean that they are taking our relationship seriosuly/ giving approval??

Any knowledge or experience is appreciated!

Im curious about this now also. Perhaps it implies that BF´s brother is so sure that the marriage will take place, he calls you that. Or it could just be a term of affection for his future sister-in-lawSmile
