kyfın nasıl yerındemi is text speak for: keyfin nasıl yerinde mi?

keyıf= pleasure

keyfın= your pleasure, but often used for your mood or your humour

kefin yerinde= your humour is in its place = being in a good mood

So it is how are you? are you OK?

Or could also be translated:

How´s your mood? good?

How are you doing? Happy?

etc
