Be careful while buying Oil: There is a leakage in the pumps.

 Yıllık 2,5 milyar dolarlık vergi kaybına yol açtığı tahmin edilen kaçak akaryakıt satışını önlemek için yapılan denetimlerde ilginç bulgular ortaya çıktı.

In the audits which were conducted to check illegal oil sell has brought interesting findings to light which caused to loss estimated 2.5 billion tax annually.

Benzin ve motorin sayaçlarında usulsüzlük yapıldığı belirlenirken, bazı  istasyonlarda markersız akaryakıta rastlandı.

It came across markerless oil at other stations while determining the irregularity committed in petrol and diesel meters.

 Denetlenen 3.992 akaryakıt ve LPG pompasındaki sayaçtan 105´inin müşteriye eksik yakıt verdiği tespit edildi.

 It has been established that 105 of 3992 meters audited at oil and LPG  pumps gave less oil to the customers.

 what is "markersız ?" i couldnt make it sense.

"markersiz" it is in an article from Zaman, economi section, Tunci . I think it means one of these 

I tried to make some Turkish girlfriends but failed...So no love letters from me...lol.. But I am still open...

Ok. Hindistan I found out what the term "marker" means.

Its a sort of colourful chemical that is injected into fuel [oil,diesel,biodiesel] to mark it aiming to prevent the illegal oil. That chemical can not be copied. That is gonna be used country wide by goverment. So that the loss of tax because of illegal oil will supposed to finish by doing this. So as a term it is used as "marker " therefore we can say "markersız"

TDK [Turkish Language Association] should find a new word for it hopefully. 

Oh god!! I would have never known this if you were not here...I thought this is related to mark the level of oil using some kind of scale...
