Oldu mu simdi

Olur olmaz

Oldu olacak

I usually stay away from translation. But this thing is interesting.

Buralar sıcak olur = These place (this place and its surrounding) is usually hot (weatherwise).

Oldu mu şimdi? = Now look at what happenned, is that (what has happened) acceptable?

Actually you should find the last 2 in the dictionary. They are popular cliches.

Olur olmaz = unnecesarily, needlessly. no sooner than (something happens)

Oldu olacak = There is no reason not to (do something), might as well

Thanks for the explanation of the cliches!

You could also translate oldu mu şimdi as "is it OK now" in the sense of a picture was crooked, you straighten it and ask your friend "is that better now?", or teacher said you should correct your homework, you make the changes and then ask "is that OK now?"
