I was thinking it meant something like Dont talk to anyone about me or yourself in the office and stay away from all of them.

The other think I thought it was that the person was asking to get away from them and dont talk to them again about the problems in the office. Either way the translation got mixed and it is hard to get since the message was sent without poncuation and written as it is spoken and not using grammar rules.
