Can someone, please , correct my translation, please? It is a poem by Ozdemir Asaf
BEKLE DEDİ - Wait, he/she said
Bekle dedi gitti - Wait, he/she said, it left
Ben beklemedim, o da gelmedi... - I did not wait, he/she did not come....
Ölüm gibi bir şey oldu - Something like death happened
Ama kimse ölmedi... - But nobody died....

Bekle dedi gitti - Wait, he/she said, he/she left
Ben beklemedim, o da gelmedi... - I did not wait, he/she did not come....
Ölüm gibi bir şey oldu - Something like death happened
Ama kimse ölmedi... - But nobody died....
according to context it should be he/she left instead of it left , My guess.
