cimcimem : what does it mean?

What does it mean?  " cimcimem "
someone call me cimcimem.
I want to know what is that purpose to mean.

I think we cant translate to English one by one that word. We are using term of "Cimcime" to call "little, cute, sweet child girls" in Turkey. Usually, they know and talkative much.
