Onun adı ne ? [ he,or she same unless you mention the words "girl,woman,man" ;

O kızın adı ne = what is that girl´s name ?

O kadının adı ne ? = what is that man´s name ?

O adamın adı ne ?  = what is that man´s name ?

whats your husbands/wifes name?

Hanımının ismi ne ? [ polite way of asking "what is your wife´s name ? ]

Beyinin ismi ne ? [ polite way of asking " what is your husband´s name ? ]

Kocanın ismi ne ? [ common way of asking " what is your husband´s name ? ]

what is the difference between nerelisin? and neredensin?

 Nerelisin ? = where are you from ?

Neredensin ? = from where are you  ?

There is not much difference actually..Both are asking where do you come from .

how old is your husband/wife?

 Hanımınız kaç yaşında ? [ how old is your wife ?]

 Beyiniz [ Kocanız kaç yaşında ? ]

Where do you live in england?

İngiltere´de nerede yaşıyorsunuz ?
