I think is should be possible to create multiple choice questions in the forum using HTML codes.

Assuming there are ten questing with each having five possible answers. You mark the answers and then press a button which shows you the correct answers and your score.

I would be glad if somebody would show an example in this thread. I'm not an expert on this issue.

Erdinç,

I am not sure what you are asking for......
If all you want is an HTML form in this forum then that is very easy. But I am not sure what you want to do with the results of the form!!!

I have offered before to write and host exercises and have written some simple tests (a couple of examples below).

What I really do not understand is why we need to work within the constraints of these restrictive forums. I, and others, have suggested numerous improvements and pointed out bugs but nothing gets changed The forums on this site are clunky and horrenduously arranged - the only reason to use them is because there are so many people (including yourself Erdinç ) prepared to help those who, like me, want to learn Turkish.

If you want an example of a multiple choice question set that can be used within this forum then I am happy to provide one.........but hopefully in return, the administrators of this site will implement some of the simple requests that I have been asking to have for months - and maybe fix the distionary issues that I have also been asking for.

Cheers, Bod

Yes a simple multiple choice question in the forum would be nice. I just want to see how it is going to work.

Please keep posting your requests about the website on the thread you have been posting at. I'm sure at the end they will be considered. HoşÃ§akal.

I haven't seen anything like this in seslisozluk.com

What I want is a test with multiple choice questions with boxes to select the answer and a button you press to see your score and correct answers. Of course it should work in our forum which means any member should be able to create such a test. I don't think it exists at seslisozluk and I will be surprised if you can show me an example.

OK. Here is a non-working example on what I want:

Soru 1: Which of these nouns takes the -ler plural suffix?
okul
ev
çocuk
adam

Soru 2: Which of these nouns take the -lar plural suffix?
patates
domates
kalem
kitap

Soru 3: Ben Türkçe öğrenmek ...

Come on, computer geniuses, instead of permanent complaining, why don’t you try to help administration to make some improvements, as this one which Erdinç suggested.
It would be more helpful for all of us than comparing Turkish Class with other, better websites and discussing format being grey or with pink elephants in the background.

That is more difficult than you might think.......
Picking up someone else's code is often much more difficult than writing it yourself!

I have offered to help on a number of occasions - and have written several tests and tools to help myself and other classmates. The offer of help still stands!!!

We are grateful for your efforts, Bod, really but it would be great if we could also have exercises which Erdinç suggested.
I’m sure that this is difficult to make, but who else we could ask for help but you? Please try harder

Bod!
We will be very grateful if you do help Erdinç.
Belive me the job Erdinç does here is much better for me than all the books I have. I think everyone can tell the same.
I checked many websites for learning Turkish, our site is best one.
I checked russian site for learning Turkish I've got ashamed for what I saw there.Translations from Turkish to Russian were so bad, I couldn't believe. I wished I could help there but my Turkish is limited.
We need your help here to improve our Turkish. I believe you can do it. Please help Erdinç. In any other aspect I am ready to help.
I believe you are computer wizard and can do many things.
Thank you in advance.
With best regards Bliss
