 "olumda " means nothing. Are you sure it is spelled that ? Also in what context you picked it from ?

The sentence is:

Olumda sonra ilk değer verdiğim insan sendin

 Oğlumdan sonra ilk değer verdiğim insan sendin. [now I added missing letters in "Oğlumdan" ]

Oğlumdan sonra ---> after my son

so the sentence would be ;

 You were the person I valued most after my son. [ in other words you [used to be] are  person comes after his/her son ]
